Classes Offered
CrossFit
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive. CrossFit incorporates elements of Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics and track and field. The combination of these movements in short intense daily workouts maximizes results for any individual
Boot Camp
One World Boot Camp is a group fitness class is designed to help you build strength and endurance. The classes are challenging, physically demanding, and dynamic, but most importantly they deliver high quality results which can tone your body, strengthen muscles and promote fat loss.
HYPEHITTERS
HYPEHITTERS is a multifunctional Body Building boutique class that is styled and structured. This class is designed for any fitness level with a balance option of choosing the effort level as easy or as hard.
Self Defense
Self-defense is important to enhance personal safety, empowers individuals, prevents violence, provides peace of mind, and promotes physical fitness. Our self defense and martial arts classes include Krav Maga, striking and Escrima.
Kids Fit
One Worlds’ Kids Fit programs will help develop motor skills, physical strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and a positive attitude towards both physically and mentally. No sports experience is required for your child to participate and are designed for children between 7-15 years old
Youth Olympic Weightlifting
Our Youth Olympic Weightlifting Program is appropriate for ages 9-15. The Youth Olympic Weightlifting coach will evaluate your child’s learning curve, range of motion, core strength and mental focus. One World is home to two youth Olympic Weightlifting Champions.
Weightlifting (Olympic & Power)
Whether you want to be a competitive lifter or just want to get stronger, One World has the right program that will fit your goals. The programs offered are Olympic Weightlifting and Power lifting. Our Olympic Weightlifting Barbell Club has competed in many USAW national events.
Yoga
Relax and recover your mind and body in our gentle Yoga Class. The program itself is based on a version of Hatha Yoga called Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa Flow is a Western term meaning connected movement. It also can refer to moving with intention while you focus on breath expansion throughout your body.
Our Story
One World Self Defense and Fitness established in 2005. One World offers CrossFit, Boot Camp, Weightlifting (Olympic & Power), Self Defense (Krav Maga, fight conditioning, full contact sparring) Private Coaching, Yoga and CrossFit Gymnastics. Our programs incorporate fitness & strength conditioning that can promote a healthy heart and weight loss.
