Training

One World Boot Camp is a strength & conditioning program based on the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit in a high intensity Strength & Conditioning program that shoots to maximize a persons cardiovascular & respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power,speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. If you heard about CrossFit before and this sounds intimidating then Boot Camp will be a good fit for you. We consider our Boot Camp program the CrossFit-Lite experience. We still use all the same movements as our standard Crossfit program but the weights are lighter and the work outs aren’t as difficult. All work outs are scalable to fit the needs of most people.

What we focus on:

  • Cardio/Respiratory Endurance
  • Strengthening the Posterior Chain
  • Strengthening the Core
  • Introduction to Light Weightlifting
  • Losing Weight With Sound Nutrition Advice

Currently we are holding the Boot Camps at our training facility in Union City but as it gets warmer we will start holding them outside at parks as well.  All Boot Camp instructors are CrossFit certified and are very capable of coaching the movements correctly.

Nutrition

Through out the Boot Camp it is recommended that you log your good intake. We provide you with a food log and a pamphlet on how to eat. Our recommendation is to eat whole food. This includes Meat, Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, and seeds. This style of eating is also called the Paleo or Ancestral diet. Though it may difficult to cut bread, pasta, rice,  and ice cream out you will get support from your fellow Boot Campers and Trainers.
