My favorite smoothie

I’ve mentioned this to all of you this week what my favorite smoothie was and thought I’d share it with you. The ingredients are:

  • Whey Protein. I like natural flavor but vanilla would also work. 1-2 Scoops
  • Frozen Strawberries from Costco. 3-4 whole strawberries.
  • Frozen Banana. Remember to peal before you put in the freezer! 1/2 medium size banana.
  • Almond Milk. I get mine from Safeway. About a cup.

I use a Magic Bullet blender for convenience but just use whats handy. If it comes out to thick you can add more almond milk. If you want it to be a little sweeter, you can try coconut milk.
