Work Out
Time Trials
- Run 400m for time
- Row 500m for time
- 100 pull-ups for time
- 100 push-ups for time
- 100 Abmat sit-ups (unanchored) for time
- 100 squats for time
In this work out, you can go in any order you want. You will complete it station 1 at a time and by the end of the hour have a time for each. We will revisit this work out in 4 weeks to gauge your progress.

Ok so next time just take the picture when I am not aware so that way I look like I am doing something rather than just standing on a box heehee
I am getting better, YAY!!!!! I think I broke down the workout today really well, for myself, I didn’t feel tired or sore afterwards. Good Job Everyone!!!!! Have a great weekend & see you all on Monday.
Yes it was really good work out today, I surprised myself with the sit ups, I could do so many more compared to the first day lol.. where I had to ask Chris to give me a 1 min break
