Mission Peak Hike – Ohlone Trail – April 3rd at 9:00 A.M.

After a life time, maybe a few good months here & there, of eating what sounds good, is easy to make, &/or what others put in front of me, for the first time I am just saying “NO!!!!” to tasteless-garbage! I thought that it would be hard, that I would be craving breads & sugars, or that I would be starving due to the lack of carbs(pasta/bread), but its none of those things. I am finding that I am eating moderate sized portions & snacking more frequently & I have yet to have even one uncontrollable craving. I’m planning ahead & finding shopping/cooking less stressful & more fun than ever before! And the workouts, challenging as they may be, are the just the icing on the vegetable cake .This change of life isn’t just for me, it’s a change for my whole family. Thank you to One World Gym & Chris Strode for offering this life changing experience in such an adaptable program. — Dominique Simmons
