Workout
Warm Up
- Jump Rope
Strength
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.
- 5 Push Ups
- 10 Squats
- 15 Ab Mat Sit ups
WOD
“Death by 10 meters”
10 meters on the min. Every minute, add 10 meters. We will set up 2 cones 10 meters a part and add 10 meters each round until you can no longer continue.
Once you can no longer continue, you will do 3 burpees a minute until the last person is done.
