Warm Up
- 1,000 Meter row.
Strength
- 50-40-30-20-10
- Double Unders (If you are doing single skip jump ropes then it is 3 to 1. So for the first round you would do 150 single skips)
- Ab Mat Sit ups
WOD
“Cindy’
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
- 5 pull ups
- 10 push ups
- 15 squats

I overslept :-/… I like this work out.. no running

I overslept too. :-/ or rather, I was still trying to stay asleep at 5am and was a little too successful.
Glad I wasn’t the only one who missed today. Wish I could have made it, my body needed it today, ooohhh the job of motherhood LOL. I will be there Wed and in the mean time I will do this workout the best I can at home. Maybe I’ll replace the pull-ups with the dreaded burpees LOL
The funny thing is Freddy(the owner) came early to check it out but only Ehab showed. Go ahead and try this.

OOOO-NOOOO he did? (His he the Guamian?) Can he come again on Wed? What time will you be there tomorrow, Tuesday? Maybe I can see if I can get a sitter and make 1 of my 3 days up tomorrow. I’ll do the workout tonight for this morning.
He is taking my Tuesday Crossfit class so he will be there in the morning tomorrow.
At 6am tomorrow??? I will try to get a sitter since she didn’t have to watch the baby today.
PS….how did One World rank during the competition this weekend?
We had 10 out of 13 athletes move to the second day but we didn’t have any more to the next step.
