I’m a horrible runner! My goal is to avoid walking when I’m tired and just jog and/or granny shuffle (lol) ALL the running portions. There’s something about running shorter distances multiple times that makes me think it is more bearable and doable. I think I’ll challenge my mind next time to run the ‘longer’ routes.
Btw, I wanted to tell you I tried the canned wild salmon from Trader Joes yesterday and ate it with lettuce, tomatoes and pine nuts. I used the oil and added some lemon juice as dressing. I liked it. Please share more paleo meals and/or recipes.
