This is an optional if you want to get a workout in Thursday morning. A few Boot Campers will be meeting Thursday morning at Lake Elizabeth at 6:00 A.M at the boat house.

Work Out

  • Start at the boat house. Run counter clock wise around the lake (so if your facing the lake, look right and run that way).
  • Once you get to the bridge, stretch out. Be sure to concentrate on the hamstrings.
  • Once your done stretching, do the following running intervals.
    • 10 Rounds of
    • 10 Seconds of sprinting
    • Followed by 20 Seconds of walking.
  • Once your done with the sprints, jog the rest of the way around the lake.
  • Once your back at the boat house, end with 50 burpees for time. Post time to comments.

CrossFit Sectionals Competition

The weekend of May 27th and 28th there will be the CrossFit sectionals. This is a competition where some of the best athletes in Norther California will be competing for a spot in the CrossFit qualifiers. One World has about 15 people competing. If you have been curious about CrossFit this will be a fun event to go to. If you want to learn more and find out more about the menu check here.

Paleo Tip

If you find your self at In & Out you can still eat paleo. Order a double double protein style with no cheese or condiments. It will be the two patties wrapped in lettuce.

  2. We just got bk from our wkout @ the lake. Me, Karinna and Holly showed up. Holly is going to join bootcamp with us. We did the wkout and feel good after…Here’s our times…

    50 burpees:

    6:42 Jami
    7:45 Karinna
    Holly did burpees till I finished (didn’t count her reps)
