Boot Camp is in Union City, CA and is a Strength and Conditioning program developed by CrossFit One World. It is our contention that constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity is the ground work for a great training program. Our work outs are an hour long and include a warm up, core & strength conditioning, movement technique, a work out, and stretching. In order to thrive at Boot Camp trainers will assist you with nutritional guidance on a weekly basis. We try to keep it simple and believe food intake should consist of "meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar."
