Warm Up
- 800 M Run
Strength
- 100 GHD Sit ups
- 100 Kettle Bell Swings
Not for time, in any order.
WOD
- Jumping squats
- Push-ups
- 100 Skips on the jump rope
- Bicycles (Right elbow touches left & left elbow touches right know to count as 1 rep)

So I am gonna do my best to do today’s workout at home tonight, instead of the GHD I will do standard sit-ups, and I am not too sure of proper movements for the jumping squats so I will do regular squats. Since I also don’t have a kettle bell sitting around heehee I will use a 10pound dumbbell.
Here is a video of a jumping squat. It is the same thing as what you usually do but you need to get both feet off the ground. In the video they are using a barbell but in this work out there is no weight.
