What does a daily session look like?
During a single boot camp no work workout will be repeated. We do this to keep things interesting and so that your body doesn’t get stuck in a routine and begin to plateau. A typical workout is structured like this:
- 10 Minute warm up with stretches
- 10 Minutes core strength
- 5-10 minutes to go over technique and what the workout is
- 20-30 minutes for the workout
- 5 minutes of cool down and stretching
Since every session is different this will vary slightly from workout to workout.
Do I have to be fit to join?
You do not need to be at a certain level of fitness in order to participate. Each work can be scaled to fit each persons needs.
How long is each work out?
A work out will last an hour. Sometimes in may go over or under by a few minutes.
What’s holding you back?
Personal training would cost you $60-$100 per session which can come up to $700 to $1,200 a month! Our Boot Camps are $199 for a month!
Do I need to be in shape before I Join?
We can and often scale the workouts to fit every participant’s needs. If you are severely deconditioned or a have a condition we should know about please feel free to contact us.
What if I can’t do the movement?
Each movement we program is scalable to every individual. If you are unable to do a particular movement we will offer substitutes.
Will the instructors yell?
Although this is called ‘Boot Camp’ we do not in any way increase our voice to be abusive, demeaning, or hurtful. We will however raise our voices to instruct, motivate, and help.
What is One World Boot Camp?
Boot camp is a Strength and Conditioning program based upon the CrossFit methods. During Boot Camp we will focus on total body conditioning, core strength, and lowering body fat. We provide the facility, coaching, and nutrition guidance to help you get to your desired body type.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing in which you can move easily in and shoes that you can run, jump, and play in. Expect that there will be runs at each work out so you will be going outside.
What do I need to bring?
Water bottle, watch with stopwatch, and shower towel if you intend to shower after the workout.
